REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
Sterling silver Jewelry and More prides itself on customer service and satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with you order, you may return it for an exchange or refund within 30 days of receipt. Items returned must be in original condition, and in original packaging.
EXCHANGES:
Sterling Silver Jewelry and More is happy to exchange your merchandise for another size or even another item. I also recommend that you give me a call to hold the item (s) that you want instead. That way it won't sell out before your original merchandise gets back to us.
RETURNS:
Sterling Silver Jewelry and More recommends that you send back your return via priority mail with insurance. That way you are protected from the possibility of loss during shipping. Returns will be promptly processed upon receipt and payment in the amount of your purchase minus the shipping charge will be credited to your Paypal account. Please keep in mind that it takes a few days for your refund to be posted to your Paypal account. I take great pride in my reputation and relationship with myr customers. TERMS FOR REFUNDS:
Refunds will be issued only for item (s) returned within 30 days of their purchase.
