Sterling Silver Jewelry and More is happy to exchange your merchandise for another size or even another item. I also recommend that you give me a call to hold the item (s) that you want instead. That way it won't sell out before your original merchandise gets back to us.
RETURNS:
Sterling Silver Jewelry and More recommends that you send back your return via priority mail with insurance. That way you are protected from the possibility of loss during shipping. Returns will be promptly processed upon receipt and payment in the amount of your purchase minus the shipping charge will be credited to your Paypal account. Please keep in mind that it takes a few days for your refund to be posted to your Paypal account. I take great pride in my reputation and relationship with myr customers.
